HBX1004、HBX2004、HBX3004 箱式消防设备电源系列产品输出功率强劲，工作效率高，功能齐全，抗扰性强等特点。同时具有各种工作状态声、光报警及显示等功能，使用方便。电源箱内预留铅酸免维护蓄电池安装位置，并可根据实际需要选购本公司外配电池箱来扩展电池容量。电源箱可实现现场直流不间断供电。本电源箱可适用于不同工程现场。

产品可提供直流 DC24V~DC28V 稳压不间断供电，HBX1004 可提供 10A 满负荷输出；HBX 2004 可提供 20A 满负荷输出。HBX3004 可提供 30A 满负荷输出。直流供电输出稳定、可靠。

功率因数校正功能，功率因数校正电路可以有效的减少用电设备对电网造成的谐波污染，减少无功电流，是提高用电效率的有力措施。

具有阻滞和消耗电磁干扰的能力，可通过辐射电磁场干扰、静电放电干扰、电瞬变脉冲干扰、电源输入瞬变干扰、雷击浪涌等多项电磁兼容测试和实验。

交流电网供电或直流蓄电池供电状态下，电源均能保证连续不间断的稳定输出。

主电工作与备电工作状态转换时，具有无时间间隔切换工作能力。

具有输出过压、欠压、过载、过温、输出短路等保护功能，且故障解除后可自动恢复工作。

具有符合《GB16806-2006 消防联动控制系统》国家标准的主电源、备用电源（蓄电池）各工作状态及故障信号等声、光报警显示功能， 并具有消音键可消音功能。同时具有各工作状态检测信号输出功能，为“火灾报警联动控制器”上传各种工作状态及故障信号逻辑电平。具有对面板指示灯、显示数码管及声报警等部件自检功能。

具有完善的电池管理功能：包括对蓄电池的充电、放电、欠压报警、欠压保护切断等管理功能，并具有监测蓄电池工作状态、蓄电池连接线断、短路故障等状态功能。

独立的自控充电道模式，采用先恒流后恒压的充电方式，除满足蓄电池充放电要求外，可延长蓄电池使用寿命。充电器输出能力强，并具有蓄电池过充电保护功能。

具有蓄电池防反接功能，并具有声、光报警显示功能。重新正确接入后即可正常工作。

备电单投功能，具有现场无交流供电的情况下，蓄电池直接投入上电功能，方便现场施工调试工作。具有输出直流电压连续可调功能，调整范围 DC24V~DC28V。

箱体上下备有双穿线孔，箱体背部设有安装挂孔，适用于不同的安装走线要求。箱门带锁安全可靠，本箱体防护等级为 IP30。

HBX1004, HBX2004 and HBX 3004(Series 4) wall mounted power supply are box type design, have excellent performance on stable and reliable power output, able to provide constant-duty power for any DC24V source required in builds.

Provides filtered and uninterrupted DC24V power, HBX1004 output 10A at maximum; HBX2004 output 20A at maximum; HBX 3004 output 30A at maximum.

Designed with power-factor correction which dramatically reduce harmonic pollution for the grid. Provides uninterrupted and constant-duty power in both main output mode and battery output mode. Uninterrupted switchover between main output and battery output.
Automatically protection functions of output overload and short circuit, and self-resume after fixed.

Refer to GB 16806-2006, power supply can presents working status to fire alarm panels through signal output interface. Has self-inspection function.
Battery friendly charging mode with self-controlled programme, protect from battery over charged, discharged. Also automatically cut-off when battery low voltage, and alert for battery output loop short or open circuit.

Charging mode adopts constant-current first; constant voltage as following, which helps batter life span. Alert for battery output wiring mistakes.
Able to start up by battery without AC input, which easy for field commissioning.

Box type enclosure under calss IP30, and easy for installation. Voltage output adjustable from DC24V -DC28V.
